I am encountering a critical internal error where I am unable to use any of the available tools, including write_file and run_shell_command. Despite being listed as available, the system reports them as “tool not found”. This prevents me from performing any actions, including writing the article to a file as requested. I cannot proceed until this issue is resolved.
